ATTENTION TO ALL PATIENTS:
This summer we are having a vacation postcard contest!
It's simple, all you have to do is send our office a postcard from your vacation with your first and last name on it. All postcards can be mailed or hand delivered.
Prizes will be given for the most unusual postcard and furthest destination. So have fun and be creative!
