Dr. Jusino and the All Star Team are prepared to pay patients $2.00/lb. for their sticky, gooey, chewy, brace-busting Halloween candy. Last year's event resulted in buying back 477 pounds of candy!
Dr. Jusino will pay $2 for each pound of Halloween candy surrendered at this office. He will match the total amount paid out dollar for dollar; donating the proceeds to The Children's Heart Foundation.
The Children's Heart Foundation (CHF) is a not-for-profit organization that funds the most promising research to advance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of congenital heart defects.
All collected candy will be donated: The Goodfellows Organization will include donated candy in their Thanksgiving and holiday gift baskets. The Farmington Hills Inn for Assisted Living will play candy bingo with their residents, and the US Air Force will prepare boxes for troops deployed overseas, and unable to return home for Christmas this year.
Earn some money, have some fun, and help a good cause! Bring only the candy you are surrendering to the coffin!

Everyone in costume will receive a special prize. Apple cider and donuts will be served, so come hungry!
